黛博拉·蔡

Senior Associate Dean, Professor

Internationally recognized researcher and Klein Professor 黛博拉·蔡 has years of specialized experience in intercultural communication, negotiation and conflict management, and social influence. She has edited and been published in numerous scholarly outlets, including Communication 研究, Human Communication 研究 and the Journal of Applied Communication 研究. Cai—alongside other Klein professors—developed a series of virtual events to share tools and methods to cope with personal and professional conflict in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jason Del Gandio

Associate Professor

Rooted in his passion for performance, philosophy and the rhetoric of social justice, Klein Professor Jason Del Gandio writes, speaks and teaches his students from a unique perspective. Pulling from his years of experience in activism and social movements, he informs students—at home and abroad—of the importance of communication skills and strategies to create social change.
